DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
We recommend calling ahead or pre-booking to secure a reservation that works best for your schedule. Upon availability, we do accept walk-ins, but please be aware that they are not guaranteed.
IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT…
In consideration of our other guests and service providers, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Cancellations without 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of your scheduled service total.
WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Salon Swank accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as personal checks and cash. All personal checks must include proper identification.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNED CHECK FEE?
There is a $30 returned check fee.
ARE GRATUITIES INCLUDED IN THE COST OF SERVICES?
No. Gratuities are greatly appreciated and always left to the discretion of the guest.
WHERE CAN I FIND PARKING?
Non-metered parking is available on Central Avenue for up to 2 hours. After 2 hours, ticketing may occur at the owner’s expense. Additional unrestricted parking is available on 23rd Street, 1st Avenue North or in one of the two guest spots in our rear parking lot. All parking is on a first come, first served basis.
PRODUCT RETURNS…
All merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a store credit to be used towards another retail purchase.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE REFUNDS?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service at Salon Swank, please notify the salon within 72 hours of the service date. Please be aware that we do not guarantee any services that are performed without a consultation or an appropriate finishing service.
